Hi, I’m Florence — founder of FollowTheFlo, global business leader, cross-cultural leadership consultant and ICF-trained executive coach.

I help leaders and businesses move through transition with clarity, confidence and cultural intelligence.

My work is shaped by 17+ years of international business experience across Europe and Asia, leading global operations, multi-market accounts and cross-functional teams for brands including Nestlé, Sanofi / Opella, P&G, Unilever, Google, Panasonic, SK-II, Peroni and LEGO.

Based between Barcelona and Bangkok, I bring a truly international lens to leadership, business and transformation. I understand what it means to operate across markets, time zones, cultures, expectations and leadership styles — not in theory, but through lived experience.

As a third-culture professional, I naturally translate between people, cultures, markets and ways of working. I help leaders create clarity where there is complexity, alignment where there is friction, and momentum where things feel stuck.

Before creating FollowTheFlo, I spent my career in leading global agencies including Publicis and Omnicom/IPG, growing from hands-on production and operations roles into global business leadership. This gives me a rare combination of strategic business understanding, operational depth and human insight.
